Hmmm, thanks for the info.

Since audio discs work under software for a '486 (and Toshiba drivers),
would it be possible to edit the commands in the CD-Remote NDA into
Toshiba commands?

[Of course, this would require knowing what the respective Apple and
Toshiba commands actually are, and where they occur in the NDA.]
