Negative
The Ramfast has to be modified with a jumper to work with the 8mhz zip and
the DMA must be disabled. I have this settup and Drew did the modification
and it then works just fine however without the modification it did not and
in fact didn't do anything if I remember correctly. You can check with Drew at 
CV Tech about this.
