terminal emulation for ][+

The FAQ lists a dozen or so terminal emulators.
Some or for both //e and GS;  the remainder are GS-only.
Are there any that will work on a ][+?
If so, what are they and where and how can I get them?
Terminal emulation per se is not critical, though VT is helpful.
More important is file-transfer protocol.
In my case, Xmodem is preferable to Kermit,
because my internet host only runs Xmodem.
