The is the program Modem MGR by James H. Obuko.

The address and phone number I have from the manual is:

MGR SOFTWARE
Suite 101
305 So. State College Blvd.
Anaheim, CA 92806
(714) 993-0294

The most current version I have is v1.6. This program is supplied in both
ProDOS and DOS 3.3 formats and works on a II+ (its significant strength) and
is very full featured in the protocol department. It's not as easy as my
preferred program, but for a II+ owner its the only Zmodem game in town that
I know. Some of its features may be restricted in the II+ by memory
constraints ... I don't recall the specifics, but the manual does discuss
them.

If you call, Mr. Obuko, you'll probably get his answering machine, but he
does return calls -- my experience.

Good luck...
