Power supply for a IIc

Howdy. I recently got a Apple IIc for next to nothing, but there is no
power supply. I went down to the local apple dealer, but he wants $70
bucks for a replacement one. OUCH! What are my options? Can I rig up
a power supply out of something else? Is there some place where I can
buy a cheap new or used powersupply for it? Also, how do I go about 
hooking this up to a TV? Can I just use a normal RF modulator (like the
ones that used to come with Atari 2600's etc..), or do I need a special
Apple one? And lastly, how compatible is this machine with the rest of
the ][ series? The IIc is the one with a 5 1/2 drive instead of the
faster one with the 3.5
