SuperDrive Controller

I'm having trouble locating someone to sell me a SuperDrive controller.  Quality
doesn't have any and said they can't get any more.  They and a couple other
mailorder houses directed me to my Authorized Apple Dealer (gag).  Of course,
the AAD doesn't think they "have access to Apple II items," but I chewed the
clerk out and he discovered it in the catalog for $135, so he's checking on
availability now (there was some note in the catalog about it being excluded
from the price list).  So, if you have any other suggestions, let me know!

P.S.  Any word on that MS-DOS FST yet?
