Best source for GS motherboard?

I just re-inherited my old Apple //e from the rest of my family as my
father just purchased a Mac LC II a little while ago. It was my first
computer, nearly 10 years ago! (Wow, has it been that long? :-) I've
had my GS since they first came out, and I brought the //e up here to
school with a couple of purposes in mind. Anyway, once I started
thinking about what I needed to add to it, I remembered seeing a post
or two around here a while ago listing some very low prices for upgrades
to a IIgs.

I would like to know where I can get the best deal on upgrading this
system. I saw an advert in a recent inCider/A+ for Shreve Systems (I
believe) offering a //e->GS motherboard swap for $150. However, I
remember seeing a post here about some place just selling the GS
motherboard for about the same price. If I could do that, for the
same price, obviously that would be preferable. I could pick a GS
case and power supply, and I would be set. Also, are there any
better prices going?

I'll be back with more questions later, once I have this first stage
sorted out. Thanks in advance.
