HKMenus posted to binaries and caltech

HKMenus is a utility which lets you navigate through pulldown menus using
the keyboard.

The procedure is similar to ProTerm's pull down menus and many MS-DOS programs.
It's about time GS desktop programs can do it too!

Future versions will include hierarchical menus and neat stuff like that.
