To be more correct yet, the data fork of a Mac FSSD raw sound and the data fork
of a IIgs raw sound are identical, beyond sample rate considerations.  The
resource fork of an FSSD file contains all kinds of goop that most systems
put in a header on the sound file.  If anyone knows how Mac resource forks are
formatted, I can take a shot at having AZ 2.0 being able to save these, instead
of just loading them.
