Not true.  A IIgs raw sound might have been digitized at a rate which
is not compatible with the Mac.  This would make translation
difficult, as you would have to have to insert or delete bytes to get
a waveform that plays back at 22 kHz.

In addition, a zero byte in the IIgs sound marks the end.  Zero is a
valid data value in Mac sounds.  Otherwise, there are no differences in
the raw data.  The actual _file_ formats differ, of course.
