Yes, I have heard of the game. Glad to see, that someone is (was ?)
interested in OMEGA too.
I�m just developing my first OSI-tank on my IIgs. It did his first
Evaluation against the OSI-tank Dinky with (only) 9 out of 10 victiories;
but I think, it is not good enough yet (Dinky is not very smart ?) It
would be really interesting for me to test it against other tanks. If you
don�t want to share your design to the public - you may reply via eMail
(miehle@ira.uka.de). I will offer my AI-design when it is finished.

I don�t agree that OMEGA is too slow. The main problem I have, is the
limited 'cybertank command language' and the restricted number of labels.
