DOS 3.3 Launcher -> Pascal Disks

Since I've now had 3 people ask me if its possible to launch Pascal programs
such as Wizardry with DOS 3.3 Launcher (the answer is no), I'd like to see
if there is a silent majority:

Question 1: Would you personally like to see a program just like DOS 3.3
Launcher that can launch Pascal disks?

Question 2: Would you personally be willing to pay a shareware fee of
US$10 for such a program? 

Question 3: Would you personally be willing to pay a shareware fee of
US$20 for such a program?

Question 4: Do you think such a launcher would be used by anyone except
a few Wizardry users?

I don't personally use any Pascal based software, and as far as I know there
is very little out there, so I don't think it is a worthwhile project.
I'd need to be convinced that it is worthwhile.
