The government never filed _any_ charges against Steve Jackson Games
(not surprising since they don't have a case, and all this embarrasing
stuff might come to light).  This is purely a case of someone standing
up for his rights against the SOBs in the government and attempting to
retrieve some of the costs caused by their stupidity and disregard for
the law.   The Secret Service is on the defensive here.

Read all three daily transcripts and you'll get a fairly good idea of
what's going on.  If not, dig up old issues of the Computer
Underground Digest.
