Help IIc problem

I am using an AppleIIc with 1200 bd apple smart modeum with Apple access.
I am also using Apple Access in VT100 emulation. I have no problems connecting
to cwis from home. Can read all e-mail, network news, and anything else I want
to. The problem comes in when I want to post. The first word comes out ok. 
After that each letter goes all over differant positions on my screen. I have
still posted by guessing what I am doing since this problem leaves me quit
blind, but need to know what is going on. No one so far seems to be able
to figure this out and sent me here for the answers. I am on 8 bit, no parity,
vt100 emulation can not think of any other info to give you.
