Hmm...  I never had problems with config. files like that.  One thing I don't
like about programsthat use resources is because resource forks usually have
blank spaces in them; after normal reading and writing...  It's probably only
wasting a few bytes, but...

Why don't yoout just code it so that if it creates it only if it's not already
there.  I don't know, its only a small uggestion.  :)
