upgrade to the latest PT 3.0 and your problems willbe solved. If the
upgrade is not available locally then you will have to get on Proterm's
BBS. But to do that you have to be a Legal owner.

PS. The latest Ver. supports the latest 2 ROMS (H&J) that are available for
the SupraFax Modem.
