The problem had to do with an instruction which had its least
significant byte on the last 9$FF) byte of a page. The 6502
accessed the $00 byte of the current age rather than byte $00 of
the succeeding page. One program I know that used this protection
was a statistics package named, "DAISY."  Daisy had some
incredible protection which was not needed at all since the manual
was essential and 300-400 pages.
