Zen and the art of hitchhiking on motorcycles (was: failed posts)
In a previous article, jmk3@crux2.cit.cornell.edu (Jay Krell) says:

>assume it is copyrighted. Yet, it is availabe via ftp and our help disk will

Before v2 was published, v1 was available for FTP in postscript or device-
independent format, and it still is. The second edition is not available via
ftp (or in electronic form). There are apparently significant differences
in the second edition, and the author feels that the first edition should
remain available.
The published text is presumably copyrighted, and you can't sell photocopies
of it.
