Hmm, to fit all those items it has to be a seperate program, in which case
I'd recommend rSounder. It allows the loading of rSounds and some 'editting.'
Make sure you get version 2 (it was uploaded about a week ago).
It is $5 shareware. Oh, and while I'm talking about it. Some people sent
email to the account which posted rSounder even though I explicitly asked
people not to. Since this is the case, I have no idea who these people are;
the person who uses the account did not know what you were talking about,
so he deleted them.
