Discussions about an Apple II related product, whether it is for sale or not, belong here and not in comp.sys.apple2.marketplace. Marketplace is for posting for sale messages (although there is a fairly high volume of auction notifications too). The odd follow up looking for more information about an item in that group are okay.
If a message is posted about Cart Blanche cards being for sale or being auctioned, then it should go to comp.sys.apple2.marketplace.
If a message is posted about how to install a CB, install a configuration, request a specific configuration be written or how to use a specific configuration, it should go in comp.sys.apple2.
How to write or getting help for writing a configuration should probably go in comp.sys.apple2.programmer.
