Overheating GS (was Re: Fatal Error 0911)

There may be another, less-elegant solution for some people:
Pull out the power supply, stick the wires through the now-open hole
where the power cord used to go, and plug it all back in. Now the
power supply is behind your GS, instead of heating up the innards.
