Transferring whole APPLE ][+ Disks via serial card??

Hello out there,

as far as I noticed the discussions, it seems to be impossible to read
the good old 143K-Disks on an IBM-PC.
Sure it is possible to upload files from an apple to another computer
using a serial interface and something like kermit.
But- is there any way to "upload" a whole disk with all its sectors?
(Sounds like WARPing, which I know on other systems)

What I'd prefer is an already written program; I really don't want to bother
writing it myself using read-sector routines...
