The 65816 is not pin-compatible with the 65c02 in any way, shape, or form,
the GS 65816 has more pins, and the WDC 65816, which is in ZipGS/TWGS doesn't
come close to the IIe 65c02 socket. I have a 65816-14 that is about the size
of my thumbnail in front of my face right now.
