First, Pointless won't improve on the resolution of your printer. It
will, however, let you always have the perfect size available. As to
converting fonts from the Mac, that's easy. Put in the Mac disk with the
fonts, copy them to the GS, and "Add" them to Pointless. That's it.
Converting fonts from Windows is harder, and requires a Mac with
Metamorphosis or Fontographer to convert them to Mac format.

I haven't seen this problem, but I don't print in Courier very much.
The stuff I've done in Courier works fine, though, so I doubt it's Pointless.
