Well I have two of said cards and I was trying them out just today. With one
of the cards, there is scarcely any border on the left side screen at all, and
with the other, there is a border, but the graphics display is substantially
shifted to the left. This effect is on the RGB monitor - I had the NTSC output
going to my 27" TV, and the video looked perfectly centered on it. This
experiment was with the same machine, same cables, same monitor, same
everything.
The fact that the two cards do different things convinces me that there is
something you can do to fix it, or that the cards are defective and one is
worse than the other. Or is there another explanation? I sure would like to
know.
