Apple Video Overlay Card... Can I adjust it?

Lately the video on my VOC has slided over to the left. What I need to 
know is if I can adjust those little knobs on the card and which one to 
re-center the video. Recently I bought a VCR so I can now watch TV, but 
since the video is off center, so is the picture. I didn't mind that the 
GS video was a little off because there is still a little room left for 
the boarder.
