The only way someone on GEnie can receive Internet mail is if they paid
the startup fee. Otherwise, the mail will bounce.
GEnie calls their Internet gateway 'in beta test'. They have changed the
amount they charge already, they might change again.
Originally, the startup fee was $5 I think, and received mail was free.
