1. GEnieLamp is copyrighted, and the copyright notice clearly states that the
newsletter may *not* be edited.

2. Shrinking and binscii'ing and posting to c.b.a2 will save little space and
will only make it more difficult for users to read, since they will now have
to a) download the file, b) unbinscii the file, and c) unshrink the file.
