Ah, but if you give the HFS FST a few revisions (and bug Dave a bit) it would
meet that goal also.
If you are going to do another file system don't invent yet another. Implement
one that is already in use, like the unix one. Jawaid would probably kiss your
feet if he could have permissions and hard links without kludging them on top
of Prodos. (You _could_ encode permissions in the HFS filetype/creator or in
the FinderInfo, BTW. Just don't let Matt D. catch you.)
