I don't think you should be so sensitive about a single
complaint. I like the GEnielamp newsletter even though I have an
account on GEnie since posting it here allows me to get
interesting information for FREE ;-)

However, if you do put that much stock in one complaint, I have
one for you, "How come you haven't sent me $100,000 lately?"
