  Someone already mentioned Muffin from the ][+ DOS 3.3 System disk.
There was also a disk called Boot13 that you could boot that would then
let you a 13-sector disk. It might also be a program on the System Master.
 
Do you have an old System Master with Muffin? (I'm not sure if the
//e System Master included it.)
 
This sure goes back a while. What software is it?
