Of COURSE not!  What everyone's been talking about on here is the Zip-GS,
which is a DMA compatable CARD!  The 4 or 8 MHz Zip chips on the //e are NOT
compatable with the RamFast, due to a non-standard 65c02 that Zip used in the
design (according to CV-Tech that is).  It apparently doesn't handle the RDY
line properly.  CV-Tech has a $15 ($10?) modification to the RamFast which 
WILL make it work with the Zip, although of course you'll never get DMA.  If
you'd bothered reading your manual or checking with the dealers or CV Tech,
you'd have found this out.
