Online Services

Hello,	
	Although this isn't really the correct newsgroup to post this in, I
have found the Apple community to have the knowledge I have needed in the past.

My question....I am helping a company decide on an online service.  I am still  
waiting for info from Compuserve and need more info.  What I am looking for is
the following:

 - A number for Genie so I can get a brochure from them.
 - Peoples impressions (compare/contrast) of services (ex. compuserve vs genie) 
 - if you have used the information services found on the service (ex using
   IQuest on compuserve)
 - if you have used another information service (ex Dialog, Lexis) what was
   your impression of them in ease of use and amount of available info.

They are looking for e-mail help/online information searches.  Any information
will be appreciated, and the information I give them will be a collation of
what I receive with no names or email addresses used.  

The company has been informed of this, and knows that I am going to be using
the Internet as a source of information.
