Looks like the answer is yes.
Someone ported AppleWin to Linux.
And someone ported that to the N810:

I have a Zaurus I used to run Zapple on, a port of YAE.
(Doug Kwan kindly released YAE under the GPL at my suggestion.)

But the Zaurus been EOLed ... the N810 looks good!
