I see no elephant myself, but I think an update to let everyone know
what the current state of play is would be a good idea - managing
expectations is the most complicated part of delivering a product.

I think everyone should just keep their cool and assume no news means
"not ready". I'm sure Steve will chime in soon enough and let us know
the score.
