Thanks, Steve. There were a few delays with production and when the 
boards finally arrived (to Steve) a couple of glitches were found that
need to be fixed before shipping.

In particular I never saw this problem on my (one) A2e with just CB and 
either a disk ][ card or no more boards at all but Steve found in a 
loaded Apple. If the power supply is not perfect or many hungry boards 
are present, CB doesn't initialize properly.
We are pretty sure this is what went wrong in KC.

I just got a mail from Steve and I quote:

"Ive fixed the power on probelm. CB will now work in a system packed 
with cards, or several CB's in one system, or an old apple with dried 
out PSU caps.

A small additional component (cap) ill need to add as i prepare each CB 
- delays config until the caps on CB charges."
