Actually, after checking the zip APPNOTE docs again, the above is a
misdiagnosis, as this file has the directory bit, but also has a bunch
of others set in the field I mentioned.

"The Unarchiver", which Sean recommends recently "Added support for
zip archives created by ZipIt." which is what created this archive I
think.
