I was thinking about a compound that we used to clean cards for Telephone Switching Centers; those cards range up to $25,000 so you have to be careful. I'm looking through some of my old operations manuals to see if I can find out what it is called; I know it worked very fast and did not damage anything on the card. I do remeber it was made by or for Western Electric, but you could find most of those products at other places; one that comes to mind is GrayBar Electric, which you can find in any large city and on the Web, their prices can be steep unless you have a working account from them/
