The brand is Tadiran and the battery is a 3.6V 1/2AA Lithium Thionyl
chloride with leads (for the ROM1) or with nipple (for the ROM3).

One site lists their battery as equivalent to Tadiran 511,TL-2150,
TL-4902, TL-5101, TL-5151, TL-5902, SAFT LS-14250, LS-14250C and
others
