Was there any actual porting necessary besides mastering a bootable
CD? It's a stretch for me to remember this far back, but IIRC Pippin
ran standard MacOS binaries. IIRC also that Marathon used
GameSprockets (I'm 99% sure M2 and Infinity did) so even the potential
input method issue wouldn't have been a problem - it would have Just
Worked.

I know it was described as a game console, but "marketed" is a strong
word. There was so little software produced for it, it's hard to say
it was "marketed" as anything really. It did ride the NC fever that
was building at the time - though not to any useful effect.
