I tried this both with a single computer talking to itself as well as
two computers talking to each other - there does seem to be some
strangeness with serial communications when we go beyond single
keystrokes back and forth.  I logged a report at Berlios.  It would be
incredibly cool and useful to get this working!  I'm willing to help
however I can.
