Yes. It is the standard 3.5" drive supplied with the IIgs.
You also quoted the number wrong in the original post, which explains
why I couldn't find A2M0106 on Google. It is an A9M0106.
The A9 prefix was used for peripherals which were sold for use with the
Apple II and Mac, while A2 was peripherals for the Apple II only.
Mac-only peripherals started with M.
