That's right, the IIgs version runs under GS/OS... the IIe (card) version seems to be a hybrid ProDOS/DOS 3.3 deal -- at least it starts with a prompt to select between the two. I don't have a ComputerEyes card installed on my emulator, so I can't really tell you much more ;-)
