Hmm. The ones I have are actually combo devices with an analog tuner
and analog VGA/NTSC/Svideo/component inputs. They appear to resample
even the VGA input, rather than just being a passthrough in VGA mode,
which is very strange. The sampling can be selected to be up to WXGA
resolution at VS=75Hz. But they were only $40 :)
