Well, I have received a follow up email from Vince, and it does appear
that it is a legit email. What is more, Vince has dropped any action
regarding my website and has also stated that he is pursuing matters
to have the software reclassified as freeware which is great news.

At the end of the day, it is a good result if this software does not
just disappear like so much other software already has, and even
better if it can be kept as freeware. This may encourage others to
develop for the IIgs, which really doesn't have all that many
developers left.

I have always stated that the goal of my website was to educate via
example, and to promote programming on the Apple II, specifically the
IIgs because it is where my interests lie at present; mostly due to me
not owning a IIgs back in the day (I had a //e) and the machine has me
intrigued to see how far we can push it.  :-)
