Hi!

The FAQ page at the applelogic site contains the phrase "These
hardware products don't use BGA's". Wassa BGA?????

A "Ball Grid Array"--a fine-pitched array of solder balls on the
underside of the chip package that's great for lots of high-frequency
signals, etc., but very unfriendly to hand assembly.
