Alan Bird, and indeed all the TimeOut authors, have graciously given
the Beagle Bros Software Repository (http://beagle.applearchives.com/
the_software/) permission to distribute all of the TimeOut titles,
this year. I know this because I was the fellow who contacted everyone
and got the permission.

Why the site hasn't been updated to reflect this is unknown to me, but
I'm sure it will be soon.
