Unlike ProTerm, Modem MGR apparently works on ][+ on up.  I've found
several indications of this in googling about.  So it's not the fact
that it's unenhanced.

Any other suggestions?

(And I do have an enhancement kit on order, Reactive is taking some
time getting it out their door it seems.)

I'd like to get the IIe going with 80-col VT100 today in some fashion.
