darn near every one of those has a 110/220 switch on the back.

.. particularly if the seller has a picture showing the back and you
see the switch.

Of course, these are also NTSC, which means you need the monitor and a
220 monitor at that. Unless you find a PAL //e. The motherboard is
very different looking. The Aux Slot is directly in line with Slot 3
being the most immediate visible difference.
