Re: Apple II in the UK?

Thanks for your advice, I was wondering about the States myself. Does
anyone know what the power requirements of an Apple IIe are (current,
voltage etc)? I can buy a 110->240VAC converter from Maplins here in
the UK, but:

a)  The maximum wattage is fairly limited, if I recall correctly.
b)  The mains frequency will still be 50hz (I think) rather than the
60hz as expected by a USA machine.

Sorry if this is a daft question, I have no experience at all with a
real Apple machine.
